PhazorRF offers ultra-low loss and high bandwidth probes, enabling high device measurement accuracy from characterization to full ATE production. The probes feature customizable tip shapes and finishes, making them adaptable for various applications such as automotive and RF mobile chipsets, as well as advanced high pin count AI processors. In addition to superior electrical performance, PhazorRF probes are mechanically durable and designed for stable contact over a long lifetime.
PhazorRF addresses the challenge of testing over a broad bandwidth or high frequency range while maintaining high production throughput with higher levels of parallelism. It provides a solution for engineering characterization and volume production, ensuring accurate measurements and high throughput.
The PhazorRF technology is currently being sampled to customers and will be showcased at the SWTest Conference in San Diego from June 5-7, 2023. Volume production is planned for the second half of 2023.
