Tell us about yourself?

Temple Melville studied Economics at University, but had always had a deep interest in mathematics and cryptography.

The period he was at University coincided with the Student riots in Paris, and indeed the University (London School of Economics) was mostly closed for the period he was there.

He has always maintained that he was awarded his degree simply because no one had a picture of him at any of the innumerable demonstrations. He has enjoyed an active and varied business life, coming very early to digital currencies and Blockchain.

He remains one of only two CPD qualified instructors on Blockchain. His involvement with Scotcoin began almost at its very inception and he has worked to increase Scotcoin’s use and reach over the years.

He has written an E-Book as a result of the requirement for more and better understanding of Blockchain and digital currencies particularly throughout Scotland, but more generally throughout the world. He is a BSc (Hon) Econ, an FRSA and an FRES

Getting people and businesses to accept that crypto very definitely has a complementary place in the financial world. It’s a work in progress but education and demonstrartion are overwhelmingly positive in getting people to understand the advantages

Switzerland has a crypto called WIR that adds several percent to Swiss GDP. Scotland has a similar community makeup and social conscience
